    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 C water
    1/2 C hulled millet, rinsed
    1/4 C apple juice
    Pinch of salt
    1/2 C brown sugar
    2 TBS maple syrup
    1/4 tsp cinnamon extract
    1/2 tsp apple pie spice
    1 small apple peeled and grated OR 1 small jar of baby food applesauce
    1/2 C raisins

    Recipe



    Bring the millet, water, and salt to a boil in a medium sized pot.

    Cover and reduce heat; simmer about 25 - 30 min or until most of the liquid is absorbed.

    Remove from heat and let sit (covered for 5 minutes).

    Remove the pot from heat and add the remaining ingredients.

    Stir until combined and smooth.

    Serve warm.

    Yield: 2 -4 servings

    Lori's Note: *GFCF milk substitute served on the side to pour on top of each serving.
