Berry Millet Parfait

1/2 cup millet
12 oz coconut yogurt
1/2 cup strawberry halves
1/2 cup blueberries
Cinnamon, for sprinkling, optional
Recipe
Soak millet overnight, drain then cook for 20 min. Rinse with cool water when finished.
Layer the yogurt, millet and berries. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Serves 4.
