Recipe Introduction
Note from Lynne: This is for our family of 8, so some of you may need to half or quarter this, but this is what we use that seems to work really well. I keep a large clear container with the recipe on the lid. I also get clear shoeboxes and put the dry mixes in with recipe taped to
lid. Heres one more idea to save time and space: I keep a small file box with colored index cards and write favorite recipes there,sometimes I modify from library books or magazines and this is very portable instead of lugging bunches of books.
List of Ingredients
6 cups gf flour mix*
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
l/4 cup sugar
l/2 cup flaxseed meal (you can leave this out, its just my way to sneak in some fiber)
2 tsp salt
2 cups soy,rice,or almond milk
3 cups water
2 Tbsp vanillaRecipe
Mix them together and cook on a skillet. I use shortening to grease. I also add blueberries to each individual pancake or carob chips (my little ones like smiley faces made).
Makes 26 about the size of a Coolwhip container lid.
* GF Flour Mix:
2 cups brown rice flour
2 cups tapioca flour
2 cups jasmine rice flour
l cup garbanzo (chick pea) flour
