    3 cups steamed chickpea flour
    1 cup ameranth flour
    1/2 cup seaseme seeds
    1/2 cup brown suagr
    2 tsp cinnimon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2 cups soy milk with 1/2 lemon added

    Recipe



    Mix all ingrediants together then spread very thinnly onto baking
    trays. Bake until golden. When cool rip up and put into whizz. When
    it resembles course bread crumbs put back onto trays and cook on low
    heat until crisp. When cool put into airtight container.

    My kids have had two bowls each and that is amazing when two of my
    kids hate cereal.
