    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Creamy Brown Rice Farina (or cream of rice)
    1 cup water
    1 cup vanilla Milk sub (we used hempmilk)
    1 cup butternut squash puree
    1 Tbsp oil
    1 Tbsp Honey
    1 cup rice flour
    1 Tbsp sweet rice flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Salt
    1/4 cup water*

    Recipe



    Combine water and rice cereal in a large microwave safe bowl. Heat for 3-5 minutes, then set aside to cool.

    Mix together dry ingredients in a small bowl. Ad remaining wet ingredients to the rice cereal. Add the flour to the wet mixture and mix well. Let rest in the fridge overnight.

    Add more water if it looks too thick in the morning. Drop by spoonfuls onto a hot, greased griddle. Turn when the cakes are full of bubbles and dry on top, and cook the other side until lightly browned.

    Serves 4
