List of Ingredients
1-1/2 C water
1/2 C hulled millet, rinsed
Pinch of salt
1/4 C brown sugar
1 TBS honey
2 TBS C smooth peanut butter OR nut butter of choice
2 TBS jelly (desired flavor)
Recipe
Bring the millet, water, and salt to a boil in a medium sized pot.
Cover and reduce heat; simmer about 25 - 30 min or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat and let sit (covered for 5 minutes).
Remove the pot from heat and add the remaining ingredients.
Stir until combined and smooth.
Serve warm.
Yield: 2 -4 servings
