    1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 cups white rice flour
1//4 c bean powder (bean flour)

1 tsp. red wine vinegar or rice vinegar

    Recipe

Gradually add while mixing enough cold water to form a ball. flour (rice flour) a board or waxed paper well Divide dough in half, form 2 balls. Flour top of one ball and roll out dough(keep dusting top with flour as you roll out) For POPTARTS use rectangular cookie cutter approximately the size of a pop tart. Cut two pieces.

Apply 2 Tbsp. GF pie filling or 100% fruit spread or cinnamon sugar to one piece. Place 2nd piece on top and seal the edges by running a moistened finger around edge and lightly crimping. Prick top with fork.

Bake at 350 F degrees on baking sheet for 15 - 20 minutes or until done. When cool drizzle with sugar or GF icing.
May be frozen in waxed paper between pieces and toast in toaster as needed to serve.

Note: this same dough can be used for piecrust and top in normal fashion.Top dough should roll up on rolling pin fairly easily without cracking. Hope this recipe is helpful to the ones that are looking for a pop tart recipe.
