Using Miss Roben's Yellow Cake Mix. Makes a 13 X 9 pan. Originally contributed to the List by Lori.
List of Ingredients
1 package Miss Roben's Yellow Cake Mix
1-1/2 C thin cut Poha flakes
3/4 C melted butter or acceptable substitute
12 oz. jam or other filling
1 TBS water
1/2 C milk or substitute
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and place rack in center of oven.
Mix dry cake mix, Poha flakes, melted butter & milk substitute in a stand-up mixer.
Press half of the batter mixture into 13x9" greased pan.
Mix jam and water & spread over batter in pan.
Add the remaining batter on top & bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
Cool completely before cutting and serving.
