    List of Ingredients




    * 400 grams can cannellini beans
    * fresh basil - 2 tbs torn
    * salt to taste
    * pepper to taste
    * 6 mushrooms, blended down (minced)
    * 1 garlic clove
    * 1 tsp onion powder
    * 2 tbs navy bean flour

    Recipe



    1. Drain the beans and pour into a big jug.

    2. Using a potato masher, mash the beans down to what looks like mashed potatoes.

    3. Mix in the herbs and spices.

    4. In a blender, mince down the mushrooms and garlic together.

    5. Mix into the bean mixture thoroughly.

    6. Once mixed, split into four parts and roll into balls before flattening into burgers.

    7. Place the flour on a plate and spread it out.

    8. Place the burgers into the flour and wipe the excess off.

    9. On a non-stick pan, fry the burger each side for five minutes before serving with your favorite burger toppings in a gf bun.
