Amazing Eggless Chocolate Cake

List of Ingredients
1 cup white rice flour
1/2 cup garbanzo bean (chickpea/besan) flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda (bicarbonate of soda)
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp GF vanilla
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup waterRecipe
1. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking soda until well mixed.
2. All at once, add the vinegar, vanilla, oil, and water.
3. Stir well, then dump the batter into a well greased 8" (20 cm) baking pan.
4. Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 30 to 35 minutes (takes me 60 minutes) until a toothpick poked in the centre of the cake comes out clean.
5. Let cool completely before frosting.

NOTE: I tried all sorts of other flours for this recipe, they all had a weird taste except this combo.
