    first layer
    2 cups walnuts
    2 cups raisins
    1/2 cup carob powder
    1 cup pitted cherries

    2nd layer

    1/2 avocado
    2/3 cup dates, pitted and soaked
    1/2 cup carob powder
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1/4 cup cup almond butter
    1 cup cherries

    3rd layer
    2 cups pitted cheries

    4th layer
    2cups cashews, soaked
    4 dates, pitted and soaked
    1-2 cups water

    Recipe



    1st layer
    1. Combine the rasins and walnuts in a food processor until smooth.

    2. Add the carob powder and cherries and blend until smooth
    remove from processor and mold into a pie plate.

    2nd layer
    1. Combine all ingredients except cherries in a food prcessor until smooth.

    2. Add in cherries and pulss echop until chunky but not smooth.

    3. Spread this mixture on top of the first layer.

    3rd layer

    1. Pulse chop the cherries in a food pressor until chunky, but not smooth.

    2. Spread cherries on top of the second layer.

    4th layer

    1. Place half of the water into a blender and slowly add the cashews.

    Add water as needed, until all of the cashew are gone.

    Keep this thick by adding a few cashews at a time and only enough water so cashews will blend.

    2. Add dates and blend until smooth.

    3. Spread this mixture on top of the third layer.

    I put candles and a happy birthday candle on top in blueberries I wrote my sons name and decorated with strawberries and kiwis.
