    Dry
    2 c. sugar
    1-¾ c. Gluten Free Flour (6 parts rice flour, 1 part potato
    starch, 1 part sweet potato starch, & 1 part tapioca starch) or
    whatever GF flour you use
    ¾ c. HERSHEY'S Cocoa
    1-½ tsp. Baking powder
    1-½ tsp. Baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp xanthan Gum

    Wet
    2 tsp ground flax seed & ½ c boiling water or 2 eggs
    1 c. rice milk or whatever CF milk you use
    ½ c olive oil or whatever oil you use
    2 tsp. Vanilla extract
    1 c. boiling water

    Recipe



    First you preheat oven to 350 F. Grease large brownie pan. Next you
    combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine flax seed and
    ½ c. boiling water, let sit for ten minutes, (skip if you use eggs
    and just add eggs). Then add all wet ingredients except for 1 c.
    boiling water to flax seed and water (or eggs). Combine wet and dry
    ingredients in one bowl. Beat in electric blender for 2 minutes then
    add 1 c. boiling water, keep blending until well mixed. Pour mixed
    ingredients into cupcake cups, fill 2/3, bake for about 20 minutes or
    when a toothpick comes out clean.
