    List of Ingredients




    Cake Ingredients:

    6 tbsp. Orgran Self Rising gluten-free flour
    4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cocoa
    3/4 tsp. gfcf shortening
    1 pinch salt
    4 tbsp. milk
    1/4 cup chocolate chips


    Icing Ingredients:

    1 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    4 tsp. milk substitute
    1 tbsp. softened gfcf margarine
    food coloring, optional

    Recipe



    Mix all cake ingredients together.

    Pour in small lightly greased lightly gluten-free floured pan (easy bake oven size) and bake in Easy Bake Oven or in a regular oven at 275 degrees for 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

    Remove cake, let cool.

    Mix icing ingredients.

    Frost cooled cake.

    Yield: 4 Easy Bake Cakes
