    List of Ingredients




    Cake Ingredients:

    1 cup gluten-free flour mix
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup water
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 Tbsp. cocoa powder

    Icing Ingredients:

    1 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    4 tsp. milk substitute
    1 Tbsp. softened gfcf margarine
    food coloring, optional

    Recipe



    Preheat Easy Bake Oven.

    Grease cake tins with oil or dairy-free margarine.

    Mix all cake ingredients in a medium sized bowl.

    Pour into cake pans.

    Insert cake pans into the Easy Bake Oven.

    Bake for 15 minutes. Remove cake, let cool.

    Mix icing ingredients and frost cake.

    Yield: 4 Easy Bake Cakes
