Five Minute Chocolate Cake

Double this recipe to fit a bundt pan for a more festive look.
List of Ingredients
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. unsifted GFCF flour
1/2 t. salt
1/4 c. GFCF cocoa powder
1 t. baking soda
1 T. lemon juice (or 1 tsp. cider vinegar)
1/3 c. oil
1 t. GFCF vanilla
1 c. cold waterRecipe
Mix ingredients in order given.
Pour into ungreased square 8 inch cake pan.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
Frost or serve plain with homemade CF ice cream.
