quick cake recipe in a jellyroll pan




List of Ingredients




2 c sugar
2 c GF flour
1 c milk sub
4 eggs
1 TBL oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
8 TBL peanut butter
1 TBL shortening
8 oz CF chocolate

Recipe




Mix first 7 ingredients. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min in a jellyroll
pan. Remove from oven and spread w/peanut butter. Melt chocolate and
shortening in microwave and spread over cake. Chill for 20 min. Cut
before completely cool.
