List of Ingredients




3/4 C Bean Flour
1 C Coconut Flour
1/4 C Potato Starch
1/4 C Tapioca Flour
2 tsp Xanthan Gum
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp Nutmeg

1/2 C cf margerine or coconut oil - softened
1 C Brown Sugar
1/4 C Orange Juice
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 can Pumpkin Puree (16 oz)
1/4 C Applesauce


Recipe



Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl mix together all the items in the "first section" and set aside.

Then mix with an electric mixer the rest of the ingredients.

Gradually add the dry ingredients until smooth.

Spread into a 9x13" pan (greased) and bake for 25-35 mins.
