List of Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews
2 tablespoons honey
Recipe
Use only raw cashews, please. The roasted nuts lose a good deal of their vitamin content, and raw cashews are quite tasty (unlike raw peanuts, which many people find too green in flavor).
Don’t grind these nuts in the blender. You want coarser chunks than a blender can provide. Use a spring mounted nut chopper instead; you’ll get lots of fine flour along with the coarser bits that are so good for texture.
Chop the nuts and place in a bowl.
Add the honey and mix well.
Pick up teaspoonfuls and roll them into balls between the palms of your hands.
Yield about 12 balls.
Note: These may be sticky
