    4 tb Unflavoured gelatine
    3/4 c Grapefruit juice -- unsweetened
    2 c Unsweetened orange juice -boiling
    1 t Orange extract or oil
    2 tb Sugar
    1/4 c Walnuts -- chopped -optional

    Recipe



    Soften gelatin in grapefruit juice. Add orange juice, orange
    flavouring, and sugar. Stir until dissolved.

    Pour into 8" square pan.

    Chill until partially set. Sprinkle with walnuts if you wish.
