List of Ingredients
2 cups coconut cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons cold water
2 tablespoon unflavored kosher gelatin
2 cups tofutti "better than sour cream"
Recipe
1. In medium saucepan, heat coconut cream over medium heat until bubbles form at edges. Stir in sugar and salt. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water to soften. Stir gelatin mixture into Tofutti sour cream; then stir sour cream mixture into sweetened coconut cream. Pour into a small mold and chill in refrigerator until set.
