List of Ingredients




1 cup butter or margarine (could use ghee if tolerated, or GFCF margarine)
1/2 cup brown sugar
12-ounce package of chocolate chips (could use ones from Miss Roben's)
1 sleeve (approximately) of soda crackers (could use something like rice crackers/ maybe GFCF cookies??)Heath Bar Candy ( http://www.thedesertsun.com/news/stories2003/food/20031216211247.shtml )

--Instructions: Line a cookie sheet with 1 inch sides with foil. Spray with Pam. Line foiled pan with a single layer of whole soda crackers.
Put butter and brown sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil one minute. Pour evenly over crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let chips melt and spread over crackers. Refrigerate until firm and break into pieces. Makes a lot.
