Lentil Rice Casserole

List of Ingredients
3 cups water (or broth)
3/4 cups dry lentils
1/2 cup dry brown rice
2 tsp onion powder
3 T. salt-free seasoning
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 T. salt
1 cup grated cheddar cheese subRecipe
Combine all (except the cheese) into an 8x8 (medium sized) glass casserole dish and bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 2 � hours.
Sprinkle with the cheese sub when you remove it from the oven.
Serve with a green salad.
