Potato and Onion Pie

List of Ingredients
Two large potatoes, thinly sliced
Two large onions, sliced
Six slices of turkey or chicken bacon (or use kosher beef strips)
Two eggs
Pepper and herb salt
1 cup DariFree or other CF milk
(Add some fresh dill to enhance the flavor.)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place layers in a greased oven-proof dish in this order:
onion
meat strips
potato
Repeat. Top layer should be potato.
Beat two eggs, add seasoning.
Add DariFree and pour over the layers.
Bake in oven at 375-degrees until the top browns and egg/milk mixture has set like a custard (approximately 30 - 40 minutes)
