    Scrambled Eggs and Spaghetti

    List of Ingredients

    1 package (16 oz.) GFCF spaghetti (we use tinkyada rice)
    2 cups diced meat (such as steak, chicken or turkey)
    1 cup frozen peas
    1/2 cup water
    4 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Cook spaghetti until al dente & drain.

    Place meat, peas and water in a large skillet and simmer for 3 minuites.

    Stir in spaghetti.

    Pour eggs over mixture, cook until eggs are done.

    Alternative Cooking Method:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Cook spaghetti until al dente and drain.

    Place meat, peas and water in a large skillet and simmer for 3 minutes.

    Stir in spaghetti.

    Transfer to casserole dish that has been lightly sprayed
    with oil or cooking spray.

    Pour eggs over mixture.

    Bake uncovered until eggs are done. (About 30 minutes.)
