List of Ingredients
1 pkg. chicken wings, legs, or thighs
white rice flour
salt & pepper
1 can gf beer
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. gf ketchup
oil
Recipe
1. Mix flour, salt, & pepper in bowl. Roll chicken pieces in until well coated. Deep fry or pan fry chicken until deep golden brown and very crispy. Place in 9x13 pan.
2. Mix beer, brown sugar, & ketchup in bowl. Pour over chicken.
3. Bake at 350 for 2 hrs. or more. The longer it cooks the thicker the sauce gets.
