4-6 chicken breasts, butterflied
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. orange juice
¼ c. lemon juice
1 ½ t. rosemary
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
Recipe
1. Combine all ingredients to bag. Add chicken and marinate in refrigerator for 8-24 hrs, turning occasionally. Drain marinade from chicken, reserving marinade.
2. Grill chicken, brushing frequently with marinade until chicken is done.
