1 ½ c. brown sugar
¼ c. mustard
½ c. ketchup
1 T. Beef Broth
¼ c. onions, chopped
½ t. salt
¾ c. water
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350. Dip chicken in water then coat with cornstarch. Brown in oil in skillet. Place in a 9x13" pan.
2. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover with foil, and bake for 1 ½ hours. Baste 2-3 times.
3. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice
