List of Ingredients
8 oz. box gf pasta, cooked
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
2 garlic cloves, pressed
2 t. oil
2 carrots, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
2 c. broccoli, chopped
2 T. cornstarch
½ t. salt
1 can chicken broth
zest from 1 lemon
2 T. basil
Recipe
1. Cook chicken and garlic in 1 t. oil. Saute vegetables in 1 t. oil until crisp/tender.
2. Combine cornstarch, salt, chicken broth, zest and basil, add chicken and bring to boil until slightly thickened. Stir in pasta and vegetables.
