    List of Ingredients




    ¾ c. long grain brown rice

    ¾ lb. chicken breast, cut small

    1/3 c. slivered almonds

    salt and pepper to taste

    2 T. ghee

    ¼ onion, minced

    1 ½ t. curry

    1 ½ c. chicken broth

    1 c. rice milk

    1 t. sugar

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350. Stir rice, chicken and almonds together and place in 2 ½ qt. casserole.

    2. Boil all other ingredients but milk and sugar, adding them last. Pour over chicken and rice.

    3. Cover and bake 1-1 ½ hrs. until rice is done.
