Easy Almond Chicken

List of Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
6 T. oil
2 c. celery, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2-14 oz. chicken broth
2 T. beef broth
2 T. candied ginger
16 oz. Chinese pea pods
¼ c. cornstarch
6-8 T. water
salt
½ c. almonds, slivered, almonds
Recipe
1. Slice chicken into thin strips. Saute chicken in oil, add celery and garlic and sauté 3 min.
2. Add broth, beef broth, and ginger. Heat to boiling then add peas. Cover and simmer 5 min.
3. Mix cornstarch and water and add, stirring until thickens. Top with almonds.
4. Serve rice separately.
