    5 lbs. chicken wings or drumettes

    garlic salt

    1 c. cornstarch

    3 eggs, beaten

    2 T. oil, for frying

    ½ c. chicken broth

    1/3 c. ketchup

    1 ¼ c. brown sugar

    2 T. beef broth

    ¾ c. apple cider vinegar

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 300. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt, roll in cornstarch, then eggs. Fry in small batches in oil.

    2. Mix all other ingredients and heat to dissolve sugar. Pour over chicken wings. Cover with foil and bake 1 ½ hrs., turning often.
