List of Ingredients
6 oz. orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 beaten egg
1 c. dried gf bread crumbs
1 c. coconut
1 T. curry
¼ t. salt
1 cut up fryer or 3 chicken breasts, halved
½ c. ghee or shortening, melted
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 375. Combine orange juice and egg in bowl. Combine dry ingredients in bag.
2. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then shake in bag. Place in greased baking dish and drizzle with butter.
3. Bake 45 min.
