    15 whole chicken wings

    ¾ c. dry gf bread crumbs

    2 T. sesame seeds, toasted

    1 t. paprika

    ½ t. salt

    1/3 c. coconut milk

    ¼ c. shortening or ghee, melted

    Recipe



    1. Cut chicken wings into three sections, discarding the wing tips.

    2. Combine dry ingredients in gallon baggie. Dip wings in cream and then shake in bag.

    3. Pour melted shortening or ghee in bottom of 9x13 pan and place chicken on top, turning to coat.

    4. Bake at 375 for 40-45 min., turning every 10 min.
