List of Ingredients
1 T. oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 onion, sliced
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. gf noodles
½ c. water
½ t. basil leaves
1/8 t. pepper
16 oz. frozen vegetables, thawed
red pepper strips for garnish
Recipe
1. Cook chicken and onion in hot oil until chicken is browned on both sides. Remove; set
aside. Spoon off fat.
2. Add broth, noodles, water, basil, and pepper. Heat to boiling. Arrange chicken on top of noodles; top with vegetables. Cover, cook 10 min. or until noodles and vegetables are done and chicken is no longer pink. Garnish with red pepper.
