List of Ingredients
3 T. ghee or shortening
6 chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 ½ T. rice flour
1 ½ T. oil
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 T. ginger-curry powder
1 ½ T. sugar
1 ½ apples, diced
¾ c. raisins
1/3 c. coconut
1 ½ c. chicken broth
salt
Recipe
1. In skillet, cook chicken in ghee. Add flour and stir then remove to dish.
2. Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add all other ingredients and bring to boil.
3. Reduce heat to low. Return chicken to skillet and simmer until sauce is thickened.
