6 chicken breasts
1 c. beef broth
1 c. brown sugar
3 c. water
water and cornstarch (for thickening)
Recipe
1. Combine beef broth, brown sugar, water, and chicken in a crock pot. Cover and cook for 4-5 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low. Remove chicken and shred.
2. Pour extra sauce into a medium pot. Combine ½ c. cold water and 2 T. cornstarch and pour slowly into the sauce. Stir and cook until thickened. Add chicken and heat through.
3. Serve chicken over rice and top with extra sauce.
