Dark Soy Sauce Substitute

List of Ingredients
1 cup strong gf beef broth
1/2 cup water
1 TBS plus 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (be sure you have the lead free one)
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
Recipe
In a saucepan over medium heat, stir all ingredients. Boil gently until liquid is reduced to about 1 cup, or about 15 minutes.
Recipe may be double, tripled, etc. Be sure to keep in the refrigerator in an air tight bottle. May also be frozen in ice cube trays for use in sauces and marinades.
