    List of Ingredients




    6 oz (180 ml) rice milk
    1 cup safflower oil, expeller-pressed
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 tsp maple syrup
    1/2 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Put rice milk into blender.

    Through top of blender, gradually add oil, in a constant thin stream.

    Put into a small bowl.

    Add maple syrup and salt, and mix well.

    Add lemon juice last.

    As soon as you add it, the dressing will begin to thicken.

    Stir until creamy.

    Store in refrigerator.

    Keeps several days.
