    Use honey in place of rice malt syrup if you cannot find one that is barley contaminated. Try to use tamari and not sub soy sauce--I find there is a distinct taste difference, but if you can't find a GF tamari, go ahead and use so or Braqq's Liquid Aminos.

    List of Ingredients




    6 T water
    6 T brown rice syrup
    1/4 c Tamari
    2 T apple cider vinegar
    1 t rice malt syrup
    1 T ground ginger
    1/4 t garlic granules
    1/8 t cayenne pepper
    tiny pinch ground cloves
    tiny pinch onion granuales

    Recipe



    Place all the ingredients in a blender, bowl or jar with a lid. Blend, whisk or shake until the mixture is smooth and the powders are well incorporated.

    Store in the refrigerator; this keeps well.
