List of Ingredients
1/4 cup cf margarine
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp GF vanilla
1 cup GF flour
1/2 cup arrowroot flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Recipe
Cream margerine and sugar.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Stir remaining ingredients and add.
Roll 3 mm (1/8") thick on floured surface (GF).
Cut in 50 mm (2") rounds, place on greased cookie sheet.
Prick with fork.
Bake at 175 C (350 F) for 8-10 minutes.
Allow a little longer if rolled thicker.
These do not spread.
Makes approx 3 doz.
