    Poha, a rice flake similar to oatmeal, can be adapted to many uses. Poha comes in thick or thin style, mix for best
    texture. For a finer texture whirl briefly in blender or processor.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c honey
    1/3 c maple sugar, fructose, succanat, brown sugar, date sugar, any dry sweetener
    1/2 c GFCF margarine (1stick)
    1/2 c nut butter
    1/2 t GFCF vanilla
    1 c rice flour
    3/4 c Poha OR 3/4 c quinoa flakes
    1 t GFCF baking soda
    1/4 t salt (optional)
    1/2 c nuts or raisins or minced dried fruit (optional)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Beat Honey, sweetener, margarine, nut butter, and vanilla until creamy.

    In large bowl mix rice flour, Poha or quinoa, baking soda, and salt.

    Add to mixture and beat until well blended, add nuts or fruit.

    Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.

    Bake 12-15 min. 3 dozen.
