List of Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp gf vanilla
2 2/3 cups millet flour
1 cup peanuts or cashew nuts (chopped)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
Recipe
Mix millet flour, baking powder, sodium bicarbonate, and salt thoroughly.
Rub in the margarine, sugar, and eggs, and make a smooth paste.
Fold in millet flour.
Make into a stiff dough.
Roast nuts in a skillet briefly and chop finely, and
mix in the dough.
Roll out the dough.
Cut with into desired shapes.
Bake at 350 F for 10 min.
