List of Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup chunky or plain peanut butter
Recipe
Beat egg.
Slowly add sugar.
Then stir in peanut butter.
Chill dough for about 1 hour
Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Form into balls.
Flatten with fork dipped in hot water to make crisscrosses.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Author's Notes: I made these peanut butter cookies. They were eaten by my whole family and a friend of the family. No one could tell they were gluten free, and no one believed there was no flour in them.
