    List of Ingredients




    1 Cups Tahini
    1/4 Cup non-dairy margarine
    1/3 Cup Honey
    ¼ Cup Cornstarch, Arrowroot, or Ener-G Egg Replacer
    1 Cup White Flour Blend
    ¾ tsp Sea Salt

    Recipe



    Preheat Oven to 325º

    Sift dry ingredients together.

    Combine wet ingredients together with minced zest.

    Mix all together by hand until a soft dough is formed.

    Roll out on a floured board.

    Dough should be about ½" thick.

    Cut into 1" rectangles or other shapes.

    Bake for 15 to 30 minutes according to thickness on parchment.

    Do not allow to brown.

    Variations on the Theme:

    Chocolate Chip Sesame Shortbreads: Add ½ Cup DF Chocolate Chips
    Butterscotch Chip Sesame Shortbreads: Add ½ Cup DF Butterscotch Chips
    Open Sesame Shortbreads: Add ¼ Cup Sesame Seeds
    Sesame Ginger Shortbreads: Add ½ Cup Chopped Crystallized Ginger
