List of Ingredients
½ Cup nut butter (try organic peanut butter, almond butter or cashew butter)
½ Cup honey or brown rice syrup
¼ Cup Soymilk powder or milk powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups puffed cereal such as millet or rice
Recipe
Mix nut butter, honey or rice syrup, soymilk or milk powder and vanilla together in a mixing bowl.
Add puffed cereal and mix gently until thoroughly coated.
Form into small balls and refrigerate until serving.
To keep your fingers from getting too terribly sticky (a little bit is inevitable), try flouring them with rice or millet flour.
