½ cup Amaranth (located in freezer door)
1/2 cup Filberts (aka Hazelnuts) (grind to make a flour)
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
just under ½ cup filtered water
Recipe
Preheat over to 320 degrees (to preserve EFA).
Blend dry ingred in bowl; make a well and add oil and water. Stir with fork. Oil stone bar pan; spread dough...it will spread from corner to corner.
Cut into squares, spray tops with olive oil and lightly salt Cook 32 minute and check to see if done.
