    Buckwheat-Sunflower Nut Crackers

    1/4 cup Buckwheat flour
    8 Brazil nuts (grind to a flour)
    ¼ cup Sunflower seed flour (grind with coffee grinder, not too long
    or it will turn to a butter)
    Less than ¼ tsp salt
    1-1/2 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup PLUS 1/3 cup filtered water

    Preheat over to 320 degrees (to preserve EFA).
    Blend dry ingred in bowl; add wet ingredients
    Stir with fork. Oil stone bar pan; spread dough—FILLS 1/2 THE PAN Cut into squares, spray tops with olive oil and lightly salt SPRINKLE SESAME SEEDS ON TOP (poppy seeds are good too) Cook 30 minute and check to see if done.
