    3/4 c. pumpkinseed flour
    1 tsp. Italian spice blend
    1/4 c. arrowroot powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    11/2 tsp onion flakes
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    4 tsp vegetable oil
    7 T water

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375° F.

    Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Add oil, and stir until oil is thoroughly incorporated into the flour mixture.

    Gradually add approximately 7 Tbls water and mix well. Pour onto a parchment lined sheet, either as a large blob or by teaspoonfuls.

    Use a spoon to spread as thin as possible.

    Bake 12-15 minutes or until crisp. These freeze well, too.

    Makes about approximately 30 large crackers. (Size and texture a bit like a Triscuit)
