    Quinoa-Pumpkin Crackers

    List of Ingredients




    � heaping cup Quinoa flour
    Less than 1/2 cup pumpkin seed flour (grind with coffee grinder, not too long or it will turn to a butter)
    � tsp salt
    2 tbsp olive oil
    just under � cup filtered water

    Recipe



    Preheat over to 320 degrees (to preserve EFA).
    Blend dry ingredients in bowl; add oil and water and stir with fork Oil stone pan; add dough and spread with rubber spatula. Cut into squares and top with salt Cook 27 minutes and check to see if done. Loosen with spatula while still hot

    *** I use a pampered chef baking stone...not sure if another type of pan will make a difference.
