List of Ingredients
2 lbs. stew meat
1 jar spaghetti/pasta sauce (We use organic Full Circle garlic kind)
1 onion, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
2 tsp. sea salt
Recipe
Stir all ingredients in your CrockPot.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve over rice or rice noodles.
Amy's Notes: My son eats this almost like chili. You could add some beans and thicken it to make a really good chili. My husband likes to eat it with (cover your ears) YEAST rolls! Anyways, this makes great leftovers and you can switch it up to your liking or add other vegetables. This is an easy recipe that you will use over and over.
